I started doing business with Pacific Chrome and metal polishing in around did 1,000 of dollars worth of business in chrome plating, in the begining everything was fine but after a couple months i started to receive parts that werent mine and very bad chrome plating, continued to send part s thinking that just a bad week, well boy was i wrong, not only did i continue to get bad quality chrome never seemed to get the parts back i sent to them, at that point i started engraaving my int. On the parts and still didnt receive the proper returns, called email and called again, after 3 yrs i have still not received my orders or my parts back, they seem to have missed placed my orders, lol. The girl that use to handle my business, Jessica was either fired or quit do to all the problems, tryed to talk with Julio and she would never let me contact him, they currently at my closest est. Own me at least $1500 dollars for my parts, considering filing in small claims court, absolutely a terrible company and management, so as they say buyer beware and with this company you better be.
