He talked until he was blue to get me to buy an extended warranty from him when I bought my car. I told him I was on chemo and couldn't really afford it but he kept talking until I did fork over $1150.00 for the warranty.
Now the warranty co. (smart choice) is gone and I'm left holding the bag. I spoke with Roger from E&R and all he's willing to do is give me an apology, that apology does not help me! I also caught him in a lie while on the phone and when I called him on it he suddenly had to hang up.
I sent several people to him to buy a car, you would think he would want to at least try to help me but he will not. Needless to say I will not be recomending him to anyone now!
