I took my vehicle to Integrity Auto Care to change my altenator. They changed the altenator and I left. While driving home I noticed that the aircondition was going in and out and would only blow cold air when I hit the gas pedal. I called Integrity and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at it. I live in Katy Texas so I am about 20 miles away from them. I took the car back and before they would even look at it they told me that it would cost me $89.00 just to look at it. I left the place and went to another shop. The other shop told me that I was low a pound and a half of freon. They filled the freon and did a check for a leak. They could not find a leak in the a/c at all. After talking to the second shop that fixed the problem, it was apparent that Integrity Auto Care took the freon out of my a/c so I would have to come back and they would charge me the fee to add the freon back. Whatever you do, do not go to Integrity Auto Care at 12639 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077.
