First of all I am a fairly forgiving person and give people the benefit of the doubt. When researching MHSRV I did my best to overlook the bad reviews I found in the Internet. My mistake. I can say that the salesman and the service writer were nice guys but there is where it ends.
We purchased a NEW 2012 Coachmen Concord from Motor Home Specialist on December 13. Upon delivery inspection there was still obvious items their inspection team had overlooked and many we missed because of the delay in getting it out the door at closing time.
We took the kids and grandkids out to look at Christmas lights the following week and the main door swung open on a right turn at an intersection. I had personally checked the lock after everyone was in. It would be several weeks before MHSRV would be able to schedule a shop appointment.
