Damaged bellow boot when doing alignment, refused to replace. Now I have to buy a new boot, pay for installation and re-do alignment

They damaged a bellow boot on my car when doing alignment, refused to replace. Now I have to buy a new boot, pay extra money to replace it and do alignment again. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and rude people. Don't take your car to them, don't risk your money. I will also file a complaint on them with BBB
