Ordered a Shady Brady hat, received it with a tear. I emailed them, they responded to say they would replace. I returned it, my cost for shipping. When I received "replacement", it was same hat with tear glued. When I called to discuss, Darla, owner, says I tore hat and refused to do anything about it. I returned hat again, this time for refund. She refunded my money minus $10.00. I am now out a total of $28.00 (shipping twice out of my pocket plus $10.00 deduction by Darla) and have no hat. Contacted the manufacturer of hat and received no response from them. I purchase lots of stuff via internet and have never had problems, until Joes Boot Shop. Don't do business with them.
