When I placed my order online, I requested an specific color on there COMMENTS SECTION, Company decided to send an ITEM that was NOT requested. Company wants consumer to pay to return its ITEM after requesting an SPECIFIC item from the VERY BEGINNING.
If this company knew that they did NOT have this ITEM, they should have contacted me, to let me know that they don't have the specific Item.
I would have CANCEL the order! They just send what they waned to send and didi NOT care about our orders, they just CARE about the MONEY COMING IN!
What happen to costumer service?
