On two separate occasions with two different cars, Monroe forgot to secure the lug nuts to at least one tire. The car was driven to the lot and parked, and we were cleared to drive away with a tire ready to fall off. How they don't have a simple checklist is beyond me, but how do they remember to put oil back in the car or reconnect brake lines? It is sloppy work that is easy to correct but they would rather put unsafe cars on the road.
