Appauling company... I booked a deal for 2 people, have been charged for 4 and despite numerous email and sending them the confirmation email which they sent me, they insist I booked the more expensive deal. It seems they can't even read!!! A whole month and they can't do anything but email to say I booked something which contradicts their own email. I'm busy posting on sites and forums all over the world to make it clear how appauling theya re. Don;t these twits know how much damage such crap customer service does???
