Dear postmaster,
i sent a priority envelope from ramstein afb germany to my father in havelock nc. The envelope contained 4 usmc decals and a devil dog mouse pad and a fathers day card. The package was received 25 days later and the contents removed except the father's day card. Attached was the customs form listing the contents of the envelope. It was not marked as opened by customs or any other official department of usps. The package was sealed. This is unexceptable and very disturbing. My father is a 75yr old retired us marine and is so far away from his loved ones. You can only imagine the disapointment of not receiving my package in time and no gifts when he did receive it. What can i do to recover the merchandise and get it to him?
