Lack of communication

First of all the e-mail address I used was the only one I can remember right now, it was not just one person at the dealer I had problems with. To start out I basically did research for about 8 months before buying a 5th wheel. I originally wanted a bumper pull and told the salesman I wanted a certain one and to hold it while I was getting cash together. I was paying cash and was waiting for a check for a Bond I had cashed out. While waiting for the moner I decided to go with a 5th wheel instead of trailer pull, so I backed out of initial contract. The salesman said no problem. I immediately found a 5th wheel I wanted and put $500 down to hold it til I received my Bond check. I was surprised to find that I got the check and there was no waiting period at the bank. So basically I had all of the cash to buy the trailer with cash (literally) and i called the salesman and told him this. This was on a Friday and Monday was a Holiday. So Tuesday I talk to the salesman and he says o.K. Since you have cash we can probably check out the unit and close on Thursday or Friday. Well Wednesday comes around and I call my salesman and leave a message, you know like should I take off work Thursday or Friday? And no call back. So I just assume he's busy and call him Thursday... No call back... I call again... No call back. I finally get a voicemail saying Brenda does the closing talk to her at ext. 109 or whatever. So I call Brenda. Voicemail. I call again and after 3 more times I leave a message asking if we were closing Friday, like we planned? I immediately got an e-mail stating No, we will Not be closing Friday. I schedule the closing, not Jason, he is a salesman. I am the one who schedules the closing and have no idea at this time when your closing date will be. I will get back with you. (I'll try to shorten this) a week of in returned calls and e-mails later and then Friday of the week after that. 3 total weeks. We close, I do th walk through with this nice man who shows me the features and so on, but I was still confused about water heater being electric or trying not to use the gas. I figured I could figure this out. He then got out the rod for the awning rolled it out, put it back, and put the tool back in the storage. He also noted the gas was empty and took me to servive and told them he was gonna fill the tanks. So we closed, I had the trailer pulled to the r.V. Park. I then noticed the propane was empty, had not been touched, AND the tool for the awning was GONE! After many calls to PPL the Manager talked to me after I had cussed out my salesman. The manager promised to mail me the awning tool, a $50 gift certificate, and some sealing foam from a hole in the bathroom floor... Many other problems also. It's been 2 weeks and nothing through the mail... Good luck after you sign a contract!
