I took 01 jeep cherokee to Rodriguez tire and automotive May 14. I was told my motor needed to be replaced due to a hole in a piston. I was told it would be 1,300. My boyfriend called and they told him 1,500. Ended up paying 1,500. Told it would be ready wednesday, got run around finally got car back Friday may 18, Leo gave us a 3 month warranty on parts and labor. Car broke down 1 mile from my house Saturday May 10th. Sunday May 10th car broke down twice on high way. Shop was closed. Went to talk to Leo n poncho on monday may 1st 2012. I video recorded how rude unprofessional they were said "nothing I can do about it, it didn't break down infront of us" 5/22 car broke down 1 mile from house, Leo had car towed to his shop. Got car back 5/24.5/30 car broke down again Leo n panco met with us and took jeep to fix it. Leo claims he had to replace thee computer. I have a copy of the recept. Car has a hard time accelerating n strong exhaust smell comes in when A/C is on. Friday 6/22 took jeep to auto zone. Associate said spark plugs were burnt out and were not put in right. We took the jeep back to owner Leo. Leo told us autozone could have fixed it and if we want him to fix it we would have to leave our car at the shop. We have jobs and kids and cant afford the time and money with Rodriguez tire and automotive.
