My 21 year old cussin Stan had brought money from me $3,000 to
purchase his first vehicle from this people. Stan, had just secured
employment and had no money at all but needed a ride back and worth to
work. I took him to nearby used car lot M2 Auto Group and he was able
to find a vehicle to serve his purpose. After 4 visits to the dealer,
they convinced him to purchase the vehicle, by claming that the
vehicle is reliable and had been checked by the in - house mechanic.
The manager Eric, had personally driven the vehicle with his
assistant Alex and both recommended that the vehicle is in the very
good shape. Stan, had no previous experience dealing with the used car
dealers and decided to trust the professionals with his purchase. Eric
(the Mananger) offered No warranty not even 30 days and took $3,000
Cash from Stan for the purchase. Stan, drove out of the parking lot
and the vehicle collapsed 2 blocks away from the dealer. When he had
contacted Eric to request some explanation and help to get his vehicle
going. Eric, asked him to go to a local Chrysler dealer for the
diognastic and asked Stan to fax him the report. The report came in,
bearing over $2,800 worth of necessary repairs to get the vehicle back
on the road. After numerous requests and personal visits to M2 Auto
Group, Eric and his Dedicated team completely neglected the issue and
refused to take the vehicle back or compensate the cost of the repair.
Now, my cussin Stan is stock with a pies of junk and without a dime
in his pocket. I will do anything in my power, to litigate against
this people for a such a Scam and dishonest business they are running.
They have No morals and out there scamming anyone that comes into the
door. I Strongly urge anyone in need of the used vehicle to stay away from this Ripp-offs.
