I think pete is right. Neco engines are a rip off. I submitted all their requirements for warranty service and they keep stalling until after the warranty date expires.
I submitted all paper work prior to a two year deadline for 100% replacement or repair. They just do not respond. Had the same problem when they first shipped the engine. They shipped it to a different sate and had me hanging on stranded an extra week.
The auto service shop they chose was disreputable too. Probably the only one they could get to do their installation for what they charge. Anyhow, i would recommend any one to avoid dealing with these people. They are not worth the aggravation.
