I ordered a taillight from this company and upon openeing the box I noticed it was the wrong part. I sent it back within the 30 day return period and they tell me I sent the part back damaged. I had it out of the box for a mere 20 seconds and never took the bubble wrap off of it as I could tell right away it was the wrong part. Now they don't want to give me a refund because they say it had a scratch on it and is considered damaged. I understand it is a recession and companies are trying to save as many pennies as they can, but this is ridiculous! I never even took the bubble wrap off therefore I couldn't have scratched it in the 20 seconds the part spent outside of the box it came in! In addition to mailing the part back I even put extra bubble wrap in the box to avoid some lame-duck situation as this. I will never refer this company to anyone and I suggest that ANYONE that reads this post NEVER EVER do business with www.autoandart.com
If you need to return a part they will rip you off by saying it is damaged, as they did to me.
