Psep poor packaging caused damage, sent wrong part, give you a hard time about return & 20% restock fee

Purchased starter from their recommended part number. Received damaged starter because they packed it into a box that was exactly the same size as the factory starter box providing no protection. The starter was also the wrong part. Had to contact them over and over again, and when I finally reached them supposedly for an RA# they gave me a hard time about the return, and still didn't provide an RA# and said they'd get back to me. Said they couldn't find the part record on their website but I was able to provide them a copy, which I don't think they expected me to have. Had already sent this info several times with no response. So sent it again to Bob, in parts. He told me he needs to investigate the error and that there is a 20% restocking fee. Any order error is irrelevant because the part was damaged anyway due to their improper packing, but the wrong part number is clearly shown on their website. It has taken weeks to get a response from this company and you get a lecture that they receive 700-800 emails per day and can't respond to them. And if you call they apparently can't resolve a problem on the phone either. Considering I filed a damage claim with the shipper that will cover the product they still gave me a hard time and did not provide an RA# for a return. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company unless you want a big hassle should something go wrong with your order.
