I filled up my gas by BJ's in Cape Coral FL when salesman Casey (no last name, father from Spain and mother from Ireland) has pulled me over noticing that I am driving an old Mercedes. PC Automall of Port Charlotte (Charlotte Honda VW) has organized a promotional sales event at this location on 05/19 Saturday. He has offered at first a black Sedan E350 year 2009 to replace my old C class, took it for a test drive and I really liked the car but it was little pricy for me so when we returned, another BMW 328i year 2010 black has caught my attention having a lower price tag on it. Took it for a test drive, invited the salesman for lunch in my house, checked KBB value on the car and made an offer that his manager called 'ridiculous'. I kept going up, but my offers were too low and I kept saying that I don't really need a car since there is nothing wrong with mine. So, I walked away, salesman Casey has followed me to my car and stopped me with a 'final' price, and after giving my final he walked to his manager and came back saying that was a 'deal'. We shook hands and him and his manager asked for my DL, registration, and car keys so I gave them everything they asked for. 15 minutes later Casey's manager said that there is a 'little' problem, he needed another $1000 extra because he forgot that they put new tires, which by the way was not true because the tires did not look new to me. I said a deal is a deal, that is not my problem, okay cancel everything after wasting a total of 4 hours of my weekend, but Casey said 'come back when you are done shopping at BJ's', he was going to talk to his boss again. Alright, I drive back to them, and Casey was not around, but another salesman is approaching me saying that now they want $1800 more than what the deal was!!! I drove away angry: this company is a bunch a crooks dishonest people, never ever deal with Charlotte Honda VW, they will ripp you off even after making a 'good' deal... Casey was a nice and patient guy and I believe it was not his fault, yet his manager's who didn't even seem to have the eyes right in the head from the moment I've met him.
