While we where buying our new Scion xb which we love. The saleman promised the car had cruise control and we took his word, then when I got to drive the car he said he had made a mistake but his manager would make it good and put it on when we returned to have the new wheels added. But when we called to make the appointment, the service man didnt know what he was talking about. So my husband called the saleman and the customer rep. Manager and he said he would not stand behind what his saleman sale because he didnt get it appoved by him. So we the customer are the one that had to pay. And didnot get the cruise control added. But scion did give us a $200.00 credit on accessories.
