Incompetence of Qatar Airways Dhaka Airport staff

I'd prefer to attract your interest towards a current event that occurred between among Regency Moves Ltd.’s corporate guests as well as your prestigious airways in Dhaka, Bangladesh. On 25th January our traveler was designed to visit Teheran to go to an exercise organized by Iranian Social Portion Of Iranian Embassy but because of mess of Qatar Airways’ Dhaka Airport employees he couldn't travel on that evening. Based on the Dhaka Airport QR employees (the traveler doesn't understand his title) him wasn't keeping an authentic credit of Iran & held him waiting in the airport for 2 and half-hours.

Following The flight left, the QR team advised him that his solution continues to be terminated & required him to QR Airport Workplace. While my traveler went there, the QR team confirmed his credit to others who assured him the credit is unique.in the end this time around, the QR team requested the traveler to exhibit him the request for that Training Curriculum. Because the traveler couldn't supply any training curriculum doc immediately, QR team declined to place him on the later trip by displaying reason for lacking “Training Plan Paper”. While, when the airport employees had requested for that doc within the first-place he might have organized it within 30 mins or atleast before trip travel.

We reported to Qatar Airways revenue team also to the Nation Supervisor regarding this event but didn't obtain any adequate response. We also required them to deliver him on the trip 24 hours later with no costs. Since, they might to not achieve this we reissued the solution for 1st Feb. On the other hand, we required them to renounce the day change payment (as traveler herself transformed 1st-time the day of journey after giving the solution) & reissue cost. Also then Qatar Airways couldn't support us. Ultimately, Regency Travels Ltd taken care of the costs and offered the brand new solution to him.

Regency Travels Ltd. Continues to be using the services of Qatar Airways going back 11 years and also have often obtained good assistance so far. The above mentioned event continues to be really sad and it has disappointed not just my organization but my respected customer aswell.
