This dealership practices both the backdated contract and yo-yo scams. They will call you back a couple of days after you sign contracts and take delivery of a vehicle to say that you need to come back in to resign the contracts because they made a mistake on the original one. The new contract is then backdated to the date of the original contract, which is illegal in the state of Washington.
RCW 46.70.180 (4) states that a dealership is required to contact a customer within four days of the contravt date as to whether financing had been approved or rejected. I was not contacted until approximately nine days after the contract date.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Dealer Licensing Board, as well as contacted the State Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!!!
