Drive Finanical sold my account to another company without my knowledge the company did not contact me of this information. So whom am I suppose to pay? With this being done I'm so far behind on payments due to the neglect of drive finanical not contacting me.
This is clearly intent on their behalf for the car to be repossed and sold at action and then to have me to continue to pay on an car I will not have posession of once repossed. I feel as if drive finanical should give me the title to the car due to thier negelence of not notifying me so that I could continue to make payments.
