I got a car from Rite Way Automotive in 11-08 through Gateway Finanical Services. The car is junk and I called them to let them know I can't afford the payments anymore and the lady told me before I decide to turn the car in to let me know it will go to auction and they will put a judgement on me and I will be liable to pay two-hundred dollars a week. The car has already had work done to it and it is not worth it. I had no idea that if I couldn't make the payments anymore they would come after me for the remaining balance. The lady that sold me the car said if I couldn't make my payments they would just come and take it. I am very upset about the whole situation and due to these hard ecomonic times this company should be more willing to work with their customers. Take my advice and don't finance a car through this company.
