Just the other day I placed two orders on Bloomex, one for my mother's birthday on May 12, and one for Mother's day on May 13th. The website said they can do same day delivery, and I placed both orders on May 11th, so they had plenty of time to process according to their website, AND there were no warnings that it wouldn't be delivered on-time, AND I had to pay extra to ensure they were delivered due to the holiday. I just called my mom, and neither of the bouquets arrived at all, meaning that the order i placed for her birthday is now two days late and for mothers day is one day late. As I was going to have these delivered at her work place, and she is now off for two days IF they ever are even delivered it will be completely pointless. I clicked to chat with their customer service and was told "a manager will look into this on Tuesday" which is a little late since i want to cancel this order today and get a refund since they missed the delivery date. I was also told that managers will not be in until Tuesday, which I feel is a lie as i do not believe that managers would not be available on one of their busiest days of the year.
Do not order from this company. Their prices are compelling, but their service is absolutely terrible, and now i look like a terrible daughter who did nothing for her mothers birthday and mothers day. I didn't receive any emails or voicemails explaining the lack of delivery or problems with the delivery, they just did not show up.
