Online order Monday 8.30am, paid for next day delivery. Wednesday afternoon still no FLOWERS DELIVERED. Left email message Tuesday night, many messages on answering machines, online CHAT is down. NO REPLY to "This Valued Customer" Our daughter's 21st Birthday has now past - Tuesday. Still no delivery on Wednesday at 3pm.
GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY before 6pm residential. Not true
