Every single time I contact Customer Service I am connected to some in India, Pakistan, Middle East, everywhere except the USofA! I always have to ask to speak with someone in the US! THIS is unacceptable.
I am a citizen in the US, buy my products and pay my payments in the US FROM MY US CREDIT UNION and should be able to KNOW whomever I am speaking with (from my Merchant) their service people are getting paid to do their jobs in AMERICA! American citizens need to step up and be heard for if we keep allowing other countries to take over our jobs there will be nothing left here in America period! If you want to defend our jobs in the US, when you contact any & all merchants, ask to speak to a SUPERVISOR. I%u2019ve been informed all supervisors work and live in America! God Bless AMERICA!
