This dealership operates like the movie "Used Cars". Save your money and go to any other dealer. Once they have your money, your done, this includes any promises stated before you sing on the dotted line. Read all fine print. Do not accept a "spot delivery". Make sure everything is complete BEFORE you pay for the car.
This was not my first car from here, last time was just as bad, but living in Springfield, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt, BIG MISTAKE!!! I now have a 3 year old car with 40,000 miles that shakes like an old lady at 60 mph, owned only 30 days, and the dealer say "it's not covered under the warranty and I must pay, Dont be deceived by the offer of new tires and free oil changes, your much better off going to Town Fair Tire and Jiffy Lube. Nothing is free. You have been warned!
