On july 19,04 i called sumner insurance for a quote on some insurance. The lady i talked to faxed me the paper work to get started. I was looking over the papers and found that they charge a broker fee of $175.00.
I faxed all the papers back and wrote void on all the papers that were faxes to me and sent a cover sheet with this and they still took the money out of my account. I called and talked to claudia she told me that she didnt need the papers back to charge this to my account. The policy was canceled on july 20,04 and on August 3. They took $144.00 out of my account without me knowing or without my signature now it is a fight to get back my money. Buyers beware
