I fell for this and can't believe it. Folks these people can't help us. I have only talked to a guy on the phone representing RX Helper. Then I was stupid enough to give them my account number I have already had money taken out on the 16th. There is no prescription no nothing yet. Then Monday I received papers to fill out? I thought we already done that per phone. These papers are a mess. The doctors don't match the medicine and it is generic when I was promised name brand medications. The two main drugs I need aren't even listed AT ALL. Is it just me or do you see a pattern to. Plus, he assured me they could still help even though I have insurance and the papers that came Monday after they have already taken out money from my account say you can't have insurance. I immediately ask for a refund Tuesday per their policy and yesterday a woman called me with an attitude. Said they couldn't refund my money. I told her they will and I will be filing a lot of complaints. To all people out here don't let them steal money from you. File those complaints BBB, where you live and where they live. Call you bank dispute the money taken out of your account. You may get it back. File complaints with your local State office under Consumer Complaints. Fight and get your dollars back.
