I went to Auto Zone to see why my check engine light was on. The test showed that my mass air flow sensor on my Suburban was going out. Right after the new part was installed my truck started jerking. Went straight to auto macanic and $575 later I was told it was the mass air flow sensor I had just replaced was bad.
Sent in a claim to Cardon Industries they tested part and said it was good. I asked them to send the me the part so I could get it tested. They told me that was fine and they where sending it in the mail.
Three in half weeks later no part. I call and get, blah blah blah... We don't have the part anymore, it is gone. (Gone where? Did it vanish?) I asked to speak to someone else and got hung up on.
