Fraud and scam! Beware!

I went to this auto service repair company for a check engine light issue, they stated that I needed new Mass air flow sensors and oxygen sensors over $508 dollars worth of parts. After that didnt fix the problem, I was continuously ever week told to come back the following week. He then stated that he needs more time to look at the vehicle. I explained to him
that due to the fact that I live in another state, I could only drop the car off on 11/27 through 12/4 when I was going on vacation. After returning back from vacation, I went to pick my car up from the mechanic and noticed that the
check engine light is still on and has not been fixed, after I paid him $291.08 for this so called repair, minus $60 for the tire change that he paid on my behalf to be installed on my car. Furthermore, He explained to me that he repaired the vacumm line, a brake sensor which is irrelevant and I never authorized that to be repaired and $40 dollars in gas that he charged me at which he told me he drove around in my car for a week. None the less, the check engine light problem is still not fixed. He told me to come back on 12/19 to look at the car again, at which point he stated that he knew what the problem was and that all I needed a new gas cap. I went to the dealership that same day bought a gas cap, the dealership installed it for me, and the light still didn't go off. At that point I was fed up, I brought the car back to the mechanic and showed him that the light was still on. He proceeded to bring out his diagnosis computer and at which point stated that the computer is not
reading the Mass air flow. After having my car in and out of his shop 10 times, he suddenly realized that, that was the problem. He insisted that the Mass air flow sensor was defective, and that I need to take it back to the dealership to
return it and buy a new one.

Artem the mechanic, stated that he would go with me the following Monday to the dealership. I called him prior to coming on Monday to confirm that he would go with me to the dealership, he conveniently had some kind of excuse as to why he could not go.
This excuse pattern continued up to 2/20. On 2/20 I came to the auto shop, to go to the dealership as he had promised me. After going to the dealership alone, I was told by the shop foreman that the MECHANIC IZZY misdiagnosed the problem.

I went back to the Izzy's auto service and was approached by the owner, who doesnt know a lick of anything! He then insists on looking at the problem with the car. Furthermore, as Izya is going through all the computer diagnosis specs, he says that the car is working great right now, blah blah blah. And asks me if I could leave the car with him for a day so that now he could look at it. It CONVENIENTLY ALL OF A SUDDEN started to work.

On Sunday at 12:30 I get a call from Izzy, stating that he has to move the appointment to 4. I call him at 4, and he says I cant be there till 6. He shows up at 6. Meanwhile, after all of this, I decided to write down my gas mileage and mileage just to see if he really went to go fix it to his other shop in Catonsvile. His other shop where I have taken my car this whole
time, is less then a mile away from my parents house, from which he picked up the car from. At 8pm I get a phone call from him, stating that he is back and that I need to come outside to get my car and drive him back to his shop. He got out of the car, and we started talking, and he said that he took the car to his "shop in catonsville", the car works great and that the computer needed to be updated with the latest software, but he is unable to download it from the dealership website. He said that I need to take it to the dealership and pay another $220 to update the software and said he would email me the
bulletin that he read about online about the technical service bulletin.
Meanwhile, said that he checked and did all these diagnostics and cleaned all the pieces, blah blah blah and then as he was getting done talking, he quietly said oh and u need new spark plugs and said "but I know u wont use to put them on for you, because you don't believe or trust us. At that point I was just shocked. I said okay, let me take you back to your car. I get into the car, the mileage has moved barely a mile. Meanwhile, I never asked him where he was going, he insisted on telling me, well come to find out that was all a lie. At that point after driving him to his car, he continued to tell me everything he did and where he went to go work on it, bluntly lying to my face. He said call me tomorrow after you go to the dealership to tell me what they say. I said ok, I will go to the dealership tomorrow to see what the shop foreman at the dealership tells me about the technical service bulletin and what the results of the parts are that he tested for me. The next day, I go to
the dealership, He says, "All your old parts work great. There is nothing wrong with them, you never had to spend $503.80 on new parts. Your mechanic misdiagnosed the problem, and is now trying to find ways to get out of it". And said "I know about the bulletin and there is no guarantee that the software update will turn the check engine light off".
Furthermore, "I looked around and one of the fault codes that your mechanic gave you, do not exist." He said I can look at it for you, it will cost you $220. I said okay, thanks and left. At this point I was absolutely dumbfounded.

Two days later, I call Izya to confront him on all his lies, about what the dealership said, and explained to him that the problem was misdiagnosed, I have all these new parts that I cant return, I lost all that money plus the money that I paid him for the work and installation, and said "you said last week that I wouldn't want u to install the spark plugs,
because I don't believe or trust you, well your right I don't believe nor trust you, because of your pro fuses bold face lies", "so as you said, you would fix it then refund my money, well you didn't fix it, so I want all my money back and the money for the parts that I bought that I did not need to buy all because you misdiagnosed the problem. He said okay, I understand, let me talk it all over with my partner. How long do I have to give you an answer, I said two days which would of been on March 4th. I called him and emailed him and suddenly NO RESPONSE!

Furthermore, the owner Izzy is a complete liar who make up crap as he talks. Nothing that comes out of his mouth is true. Yosif, who is the "SO CALLED PART OWNER" is simply rude, belligerent and hangs up the phone on people older then him. This Artem guy who works there, just looks like he knows what he is doing, while all he does it LIE REPEATEDLY TO YOU JUST TO COVER UP FOR ALL HIS LIES!!! BEWARE!!!

I now after discovering all these lies they told me, I don't believe that when all those times I left the car with them, that they have doneanything that they said they changed or fixed. They are SCAM ARTISTS who just take your money, and tell you they fixed everything, when they DIDNT FIX A THING, and continue to tell you there are more things to be fixed just to get more money out of you.

Do not pay them a dime!!! Beware people!!! You'll never see your money again!!!
