My husband talked to a guy named Mitchell who assured us that everything he said to us, even though it all sounded to good to be true, that it was all Legit! We should have known better! This guy is a JERK, he's VERY unproffesional, and a LIAR!!! He kept telling my husband over and over again that he would be getting his so called package in the mail the next couple days, it NEVER happened! Finally after about 4 or 5 times of this, it was about 10 days till his 30 days were up, he told Mitchell he wanted his money back. The guy said OK, nothing following that or anything. Well a week went by he kept asking where his money was, and the guy kept giving him the run around. He would answer my husbands phone calls saying I will call u back in so and so minutes, and NEVER returned his calls. My husband kept having to call back, and he would NEVER answer, so my husband would text him telling him he wanted his money back, and the guy would NEVER budge! Finally I got fed up with it, and emailed them myself on their facebook, telling them that we needed our money back, or I would be turning them into the bbb, hiring a lawyer and taking them to small claims court, and whatever else it took to take them down.
Apparently he does NOT believe me... He has been a smart a* about the whole situation, telling me to go ahead and crap like that! He finally called me after I had to tell him to about 2 times. The whole phone conversation I was practically YELLING at him, b/c he was calling me and my husband a LIAR! Telling me that we needed to send in a written form requesting our refund, although he did NOT tell my husband that whenever he had told him that he wanted his money back. He claimed that he did, and I told him, that no he didnt, bc if he had my husband would have done it that second! He then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't "proffesional" of my husband to text him instead of calling him. I told him very bluntly that it was NOT my husbands job to be the proffesional one, that they were the business, not him. He is so rude! Then he proceeded to tell me that since our 30 days was up that he would "talk" to his accounting to see about getting our money back, even though my husband told him before the 30 days that he wanted his money back! This company is the biggest JOKE, I have ever had to deal with! Whatever you do, DO NOT send them your money, you will NOT get anything in return, nor will you get your money back!!!
