Wesh - Browns Honda City - American Honda Finance Corporation/Honda Finance TrustWesh My Mother took $10,000 of her retirement to buy a car they knowingly defrauded her into signing a lease

On April 10, My mother, a widowed senior citizen, took $10,000 dollars of her retirement monies to buy herself a new car, after giving a family member in need of a car, the one she had.

She went to Browns Honds City in Glen Burnie, Maryland. After she was giving a monthly paymeny quote close to $300,00 for 5 years, she told the saleperson of her situation and that beacause she was on a fix income, that she, if possible, wanted a lower monthly payment. She was told that if she put down a larger down payment, (then the one quoted for the $300.00 a month/5 years payment), it would not only lower her monthly payment, it would could lessen her years of payments as well.

She put down $10,000 cash. Her payments decreased from about $300.00 to $196.62 and the years down from 5 years to 3.

Now, 3 years later she was sent a letter from American Honda Finance, asking her if she want to purchase the car she thought she brought, trade it in, or give it back. She contacted American Honda Finance, and received no help. The Dealership has been giving her the run around, and the Owner, Mr. Tim Eubank, have been avoiding her all together.

In less than a week, the time will expire on that contact. She will no longer have transportation. Nor does she have money to re-finance the car she thought she way buying, or even to buy a new car. After during alot of research... She found out that Browns Honda City has a bad rating with the Better Business Bureau. That American Honda Finance Trust have been defrauding Afro-Americans, forcing them into finance agreement that was much higher than those for Caucasian individuals (In Wisconsin and other states). Her $10,000 dollar receipt is bogus (It has nothing on it to ID the Retailer), her finance application only had her name of it... (nothing filled in), and she was convinced that it would be in her best interest to buy a extended warranty, despite the fact that the Honda Accord was new, with a 3year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.

This is a true Nightmare!!! Do these kind of people have mothers and grandmother of their own, or did they crawl from underneith a rock!

This is the exact REASON that we are easily ATTACKED by other Countries... We are so busy trying to defend against attacks by our own people, in our own country, that we are life defenseless against all others.
