I sent a premium option guarantee refund form reqesting my refund did all steps nessasery to get refund

When i agreed with the contrat with vehicle stars to sell my car but they said if they didn't sell my car the would give me a refund. I filled out a premium guarantee refund form payed a lawyer to do tis witck was asked buy vehicle stars. It was sent july 19. Now ive decided that why should these people get away with this please help!!!
