Ford Mustang MT82 Chinese Built Getrag 6 speed manual transmission - Example: Ford Mustang MT82 Chinese Built Getrag 6 speed manal transmission

Hi:
I purchased a Ford Mustang V6 with the (awlful) Chinese built MT82 6 sp Getrag trasmission (who knew anything built in China would be a piece of crap) which exhibits all the symptoms documented, grinding, difficulty shifting into any gear, mucho effort and akwardness. I have less than 1500 miles on the car. I am 64 yrs old, have owned only manual transmission cars over a lifetime of accident free driving. This is by far the worse manual transmission I have ever driven, including my Saturn and Ford Mustang II!
Are there any fixes... And no it is not my driving habit or lack there of!
