This is actually the TOUGHEST organization I've actually handled in my own lifetime!!! I'd a dreadful encounter!!! These folks have NON EXISTENT customer support!

I requested a Rear-Wheel bearing and Centre Assembly for my automobile because it was within the store up on the raise waiting to become done. To purchase in the dealer, each component was $200, and so I investigated online car items and noticed that Partsgeek.com sprang up in google showing they'd my components. I actually submitted the record to my technician to ensure I had been receiving both components. He explained that after you purchase a Wheel hub assembly, that this means you're getting both wheel bearing and centre, the whole assembly.

I actually went a stage further and named components geek, however they NEVER answer their telephones. LARGE red flag there. I instantly sent him and informed him they delivered exactly the same component and all he explained was "Oh. Thought they'd have it right this time around. I stated "I want among the parts, and today I've to purchase the centre retail, despite the fact that that component was described within the advertisement, and that I may simply maintain another component delivered aswell since I taken care of 2 parts."

Then he sent me back stating "If you do not return the component we delivered you, I'll indicate your purchase as Scam and you'll not have the ability to utilize our website later on."

I had been laughing at this time since why might I DO WANT TO purchase from their website again! I told them-they were questionable and had horrible customer support plus they are still delivering advantages each day to try and obtain the part they state is just a "courtesy" component. They've to become insane to consider I'd provide them with that component when they evidently set up the incorrect explanation where them quantity does not actually complement the best manufacturer outlined, not to mention the components! Absurd

I also ended my bank card since they're so terrible, I thought they'd attempt to cost me again for that part-they state was a courtesy. I sent them-and informed them that they can obtain component back the moment they deliver me another component I settled for. No reply. Huge surprise.

They're a dreadful company and do not take responsibility for errors or correct them. I'm clearly not the only real individual who is very disappointed using their providers simply because they have 353 grievances on bbb.org!!! I am talking about, actually??? That shows they do not worry about the client or creating things right. I'm the 354th criticism.
