I'd to purchase a number of different components at differing times throughout a weeks time. The sales agents were tired of assisting me to start with. I'd the design quantity of the mower and component numbers that i needed. Twice the sales woman offered me the incorrect components. One i delivered using the reciept and also the additional I needed to switch for that proper component. She rudely set the incorrect component in the bag and stated "no reciept no-return'. I'd experienced there many times. She realized she offered me the component. I'll never purchase a sears item again! Many products in my own house are sears items. I usually believed these were the very best. I no further believe the hastle may be worth it!
