I bought a Dodge Caravan from Camacho Auto Sales on 3/26. I was told the price was 15000 and they would put in a DVD player for my kids. There was also no gas in the Van and they told me they would put in 20.00 which also didn't happen. When negotiating the deal they said the van was 16999 but I told them I say the stock sheet it is 15000. They said no but we will drop it to 15000.
They next day 3/27 I called them to make an appointment to get a DVD player put in the vehicle and they told me NO. They said since they dropped the price they wouldn't do it. Firstly they never dropped the price they simply gave me the original price. Then I was told to bring in a reciept for the gas and they would give me 20.00. I told them I didn't have a receipt they didn't tell me to get one the day before or I would have. So I also get no money for the gas.
Now let me put this into perspective. They have numerous locations and I wanted to see the inventory at the main location so we drove the same Van that I actually wound up purchasing. Every car we asked to get the keys for to check the milage they stated they couldn't find the keys. So we never were able to even take a look at another VAN. So basically I paid for the gas to drive around to all their other lots just to hear "sorry we cant find the keys"!
