I'm truly dissatisfied using the customer support at business. I'd hired an automobile per month before and on returning, there have been several scores about the bumper within the entrance. A buddy of mine had an identical event with another rental business (AVIS) plus they were so good that despite the fact that he'd not obtained any crash injury insurance, they didn't cost him just one cent added! I am aware not everybody is often as good. But I had been billed 495 dollars that I'd to spend of my wallet due to the disappointment about the section of business leases to forward particular files to my insurance provider! Its been per month and despite my telephone calls and individual appointments towards the rental department, no motion hasbeen obtained however. I had been prepared to obtain the documents individually in the rental department and post them-but I had been informed the DRU may cope with it and they can't offer me the files. I'm a global scholar and 500 bucks is just a really large amount for me personally which impending problem continues to be creating me lots of tension. I neglect to determine what may take such a long time to forward the files which are currently organized?
