I brought my truck to Kenny's to get a full detail inside and out. I also coordinated to get the windows tinted as well. I picked up the truck and the detail on the outside of the truck was great. The inside of the truck was terrible. I brought my issues to the attention of the manager and he rewashed the inside. The tint on the two front windows had scratches, folds and hair under the surface.
It was agreed to have the two windows re-tinted. After three weeks of waiting I finally was able to bring the vehicle back and when I got the truck back the passenger window glass was scratched.
Kenny was not on site to take a look so I spoke with the receptionist and showed her the scratches. The two days later when Kenny was available to talk to I went to the business and told Kenny was was going on. He said, "I will not touch the truck again". I said, "what are you talking about". Kenny told me that the vehicle has been worked on too many times and he would not touch the truck again. I said, "then what are we going to do about the window". Kenny said, "we go to court".
I told Kenny that this is not the way you treat paying customers and that I will be reporting him to here and the BBB.
