Paid $1300 for a new scooter. Product arrived with severe body damage (not to the fault of the freight company), so much that it is not able to be ridden. Followed the companies claim process immediately. 1 month later, still nothing and they have given me the run around since day 1. They have been extremely rude and discourteous the few times you can actually get someone to contact you. I have been forced to seek legal advice. They have an "F" rating with the BBB and 95 complaints against them through the BBB.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The company is out to scam people and they don't care that they are stealing money from consumers.
