When my car brokedown in New Jersey I contacted wynn's extended care. They told me everything was covered. The repair shop contacted them, sent in their bill. This all happened 9/17/06. It is now 11/20/06 and I still don't have my car. The total cost of repair is $1450, wynns paid $917... I rented a car for 1 week, wynns reimbursed me $30... My car is a 1999 mercury sable... I am still making payments, i had to buy and insure a $200 car so I could get to work... I don't have the rest of the money to get my car back... It is in NJ and I live in NY. Wynns told me that the parts were covered (I blew a head gasket) what they didn't tell me was that they have their own price for the repairs and only pay that much. I am a single mother who works hard for my money. I have been without my car for 2 months... Had to walk to the train station in the very early morning to get to work. I don't know what else to do... I still have another 18 months left on my car loan
