Doesn't pay drivers for work performed

Performed pick-up and deliveries for company as dispatched. Went over and above legal d.O.T. Regulations and was informed after the work was done that they couldn't charge the customer so i could not be paid for the work. Confirmed payment rates before doing the job, and was left empty handed after.
