In October of contacted the company to purchase the lift they had advertised. I spoke with Randy Brown, the owner. He said he could save me some money if I paid the full cost ahead of time, which I did. He promised deliver in 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went and no lift.
I contact Randy who told me that that lift was not longer available but he had a better one there he would substitute at no additional cost. He said I would have it in two weeks. Two weeks came and went.
I contacted the company and was sent to Brandi Day in accounting, Randy would not speak to me. I told her I wanted my money back. She promised a check would be sent out on Monday of the next week. No check ever came.
I contacted the company again, I either get put on hold, get the message machine or the phone just rings an nobody picks up.
Stay away from this place! The web page looks real but I am hear to tell you it is not what it seems.
I am now filing with the attorney general and getting an attorney to go to the magistrate.
