I purchased a Titan on 03-13-04. I was in an accident on 3-24. Parts have not been available to make repairs. I was assured by Rachel Grose at Nissan that parts should be at the auto body on 6-18-04. They sent the wrong parts. I owe about $2,000.00 in rental car expenses. I was told when I purchased the Titan that their service was superior to take care of any problem. I have been mislead.
