My 2010 Rogue was in the shop for repairs for about 3 weeks. Nissan did not have parts to replace.in the meantime, I got a rental car and paid for 12 days rent until I was offered a loaner by the dealer - with the promise that they would pay for 1/2 of it. Nissan Corp Customer Care, gave me a case number and asked me to send the invoice for the rental - and stated they would cover it. I was contacted today by Stacey 800-343-6913 ext. 458129 stating that Nissan will not reimburse me - "they just don't". Who is going to? It was not my choice to have the vehicle on a lift at the dealer for 3 weeks waiting for parts that were not promptly available. This company should not be doing business in the USA or nowhere else for that matter.
