Ripoffs sell junk! Sold me an engine that took a month to recieve and valves tapped

I searched for a EJ25 SOHC engine for my subaru and they were the only company I had found for a decent price, claimed 30-50k miles on engine, and offered a 90 day warranty on the motor. Not to mention shipping charges were extremely cheap. I paid for the engine and then had to repeatly call them to find out if the engine had shipped yet or not. After a few days they would switch me back and forth between employee's saying that it is shipping tonight or tomorrow. Said they would contact me when it shipped. Never got a call. Waited for about 2 weeks and called them once again and they stated that something on the motor had an issue and they were fixing the problem before they sent it. Close to a month goes by and they finally called and shipped the motor. I recieved it about 2 days later. When I purchased the motor they said it would be a direct bolt in. I wouldn't have to change anything and it would work fine with my wire harness since its the exact same motor. When I recieved the motor alot of the sensors were busted, Covers missing, bolts loose. They never stated on the phone when I was dealing with them that I would have to change all the gaskets, including the main seal.

I also had to change the wire harness from the new motor with my old one because they were different. I installed the motor and it wouldn't fire. Just turn over. So I called a mechanic to ask him what he thought and he said to change the intake manifold. I did so with my old intake manifold and it fired because they were not the same. The injectors were different sizes. After it fired and everything seemed smooth, coolant was running out of the motor from the water pump. That had to deal with the timing belt because the water pump runs off the timing belt and I didn't want to deal with that.

So I loaded my car on a trailor and took it to my mechanic and he called me two days later and said that he fixed the coolant leak but we had a big issue. Oil was leaking between the block and transmission and he would have to pull the motor again to fix it. He ended up running a dye through the oil to show all the leaks and he called me again and said that oil was actually leaking in all kinds of places and that I would have to replace the main seal and a few other gaskets and the oil pan because the oil pan that came on the motor was all smashed in and the lifter wouldn't work properly. Like I was saying about dealing with them on the phone. They never once said that I would have to replace seals and gaskets and then when I recieved the motor it came with a little yellow tag saying all the things that they didn't say.

They should have told me up front so I knew what kind of money I would have to put into this. I pretty much bought a beat up motor from them and rebuilt it with my old motor parts. The motor they gave me used oil bad. I would have to put a quart in it every few days and it would smoke when I started the car. The valves were tapping really bad. And today on my way to Drill for the Army my car blew up and left me stranded because they don't sell quality. I now have to deal with them again about this issue and see if they will either resolve it or I'm going to have to push for a law suit. If anyone else has issues like this or is filing a mass lawsuit against them please contact me via email thank you.
