Booked a return flight to Sao Paulo Brazil with Hotwire, to return to U.S.A. I had to pay
Equivalent to $40.00, airport taxes to leave Brazil. When I asked Hotwire to reimburse the fees, they blame the Airline. The Airline claims Hotwire was responsible to pay
All the fees associated with the trip. Hotwire keeps on blaming the airline comp.
Hotwire was my agent, therefore they should be responsible.
