Hyundai shoppers beware of this dealer, after my purchase of my new sonata we found all the information on the options were nothing but lies, sales & managment is only interested in getting your money. We caught the dealership in multiple lies on our sale once confronted with this It took 3months of getting a full runaround from corp on down 1-remote start will not function from hyundai 2- after market replacement works on a limited scale no vehicle location or mulit vehical use dealer has no idea how this works 3- extended warranty dose not cover what finance states failed to submit contract to warranty company 4- vehical theft option is useless and dealer could not produce a contract on item but charged for it 5-tire damage warranty dose not cover what finance says it will only cover certin major damage and no contract filed to warranty company 6-sales and managment will turn on you like a pack of wild dogs if you report any thing less than perfect scores on your sale evalation 7-they will tell you the extra security system is factory and required to run the remote start this a 49.00 part that charge 699.00 for and is not required FYI tex will never respond to your complains, it took multiple threats of vehical return and legal actions to get this resolved if you are to get any funds back get in writing
