These are very difficult times for me (EMOTIONALLY WRECKED) all thanks to cottmans in willoughby, ohio. THIS cottmans service center had my 1995 chrysler new yorker from november 08 (getting a remanufacturing transmission installed that they said i needed) to the day i finally picked up my car april 03 oh... And of course he (RAY OLOWU/owner wrote the wrong date on my final work order, thus, reducing my warranty by 1 month [theres no excuse for that][and my final bill was padded]
DID i mention my car was towed back to cottmans the same day i picked it up april 03 and get this... It was towed back to cottmans at my expense because mr. Olowu felt that it was not related to there labor, (when in fact it was.) NOW please understand that i never gave these guys a problem for them to treat me or my car like garbage, they were paid in full, i was never there breathing down ther necks, i never called more than once a week (to check on my car) and i never used vulgar language in the 6 months they had my car. Theres much much much more i want to tell and much much much more you need to know but because i plan legal action on this cottmans, my attorney advises me not to tell my full story on this forum, just yet. But i will say this!!! Cottmans in wiilloughby, ohio can not be trusted. Stay tuned for my full report you'll love it, i guarantee.!!!
