I call them to pick up this car on 11/21 they give my the run around sending me to defiance people back and forth now it 1/4 they still haven't came to pick it they sent me a paper they want my to sign and send back that say they can pick it up but i have to pay for any damage to the car i am not going to send that back to them. Who to say they want put some on it to make me pay i bought this car in 4/12 a 2006 ford fusion with 16,684 miles now it only has 63,993 on it no damage at all and they still want me to pay $12.000 on it i just became disable and drawing social security and no longer can afford it they will not pick it up.
Please i need help with this if there someone out there that can help please contact me!
